The Everwell Hub is our comprehensive, integrated platform for adherence and patient management. Health care staff can log into a single portal to register and follow up with patients, whose adherence reports from any of our integrated technologies appear side-by-side including 99DOTS, evriMED devices, and VOT.

The Hub powers the Government of India's Nikshay platform which supports the full digitization of the cascade of care, and is used by every healthcare worker across the country for activities spanning patient management of details, diagnostics, adherence, DBT payments, treatment outcomes, test results, and follow up.

The Hub is deployed as a tool for adherence management in ten other countries spanning three continents, as the only open source fully integrated adherence platform available.

The Everwell Hub can be customized as an in country deployment including personalized workflows, hosting, and localization of content and languages in collaboration with an NTP or implementing partners in country. This model is ideal for scaled deployments spanning the digital cascade of care, where the development of features is managed by Everwell but the local implementation is managed by an in-country partner. The Hub is an open source toolkit and can be managed by Everwell, or transitioned to another partner for sustainability.

The Nikshay platform in India is a prime example of this model - all workflows and content are mutually designed by Everwell's product team alongside CTD, WHO, and other implementing partners to meet the Technical Operating Guidelines of the country, and developed and deployed by Everwell to support the entire digital cascade of care for India.

The Hub can also be accessed through a login to the globally deployed SaaS deployment of the Hub. Partners can customize their logins, hierarchy, digital adherence technologies, and access parameters for their deployment. Hosting and development resources are shared, so when a new feature is rolled out in partnership with any Hub partner, every partner can benefit and access the new feature as part of the Hub.
